Introducing our visionary founder, Kea Banton, a young Black woman whose passion for holistic healing and connection with nature has blossomed into a new future and career. Over the past three years, she has embraced the wonders of plant parenthood and creating intentional spaces while nurturing a growing collection of green companions that inspired her to create Persephone’s Garden Enterprises, parent company of Persephone’s Garden Care.

Founded in vibrant and bustling Austin, TX, Kea was inspired by the city's lively community and natural beauty to create a company that can provide resources and motivation to help others curate a thriving garden oasis at home. With her unique professional background, infectious enthusiasm, and dedication to providing exceptional plant care, Kea is on a mission to bring the joy of plants into the lives of others and create a magical, majestic and greener world for all.
